Good for a One Night...

Liked: Location is great; manager is friendly, respectful, and good at his craft.
Disliked: Room was wired oddly. Hard to tell which switches turned what on. Room was a little dated; however, all amenities functioning. Worth a stop over; only wish we had time to enjoy the pool and take advantage of the laundry services.

Pleasant stay overall.

Liked: Rustic place. Cool landscape, great location, friendly staff, bed was comfy, better than regular hotel room for entertaining purposes.
Disliked: Room smelled musty, mold on bathroom window. But ok otherwise. Older place. So expect the charater of age.

Liked: Smoke alarm would go off, from just using the toaster, nothing burning or burnt, just from heat, alarm to close to kitchen counter
Disliked: Location, Ronnie was one of the nicest and informative person. He helped make our stay special, thank you ronnie

Pleasant

Liked: The location is fabulous. We were able to walk to many points of interest as well as local food options. The price was very reasonable for the location and time of year. The pool looked inviting but it was too cool to take a dip during our stay. The office offered beach towels, chairs and umbrellas and the walk to the beach was no more than 5 minutes.
Disliked: The room decor is VERY basic. Essentially a square room with a king bed (new but only fairly comfortable), a frumpy sofabed couch, a couple lamps, and a small 'kitchen' that included a small fridge, a microwave, a toaster, and a few place settings of dishware and cutlery. The pillows are atrocious and the towels are well worn. The room had a very strong smell of cleaner/disinfectant. This is a very old hotel and the tub, shower, and overall appearance cried out for some update investment.
