Liked: Beautiful location, high quality and spotlessly clean.
Disliked: Walking up stairs with suitcases.

Location, location, location!!!

Liked: Great location. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. Rooms were presented beautifully with modern fixtures. Lots of space. Beach towels provided for our days on the beach.
Disliked: Original room we booked wasn’t what we got and this wasn’t communicated to us beforehand, this caused some issues with our party with bed configuration. Staff not understanding of this and were dismissive.

Disappointing waste of money

Liked: Beds were comfortable and space was good size. Location great for us
Disliked: Dislike the gray motif. Drab and depressing. There was a light in the bathroom hanging by wires. Did not like that there isn’t a real nice lobby experience or a guest greeting package. Family got bad food and two of us at 1am needed to use the bathroom; so I did what anyone would do, go to the lobby to use the bathroom. I was met with a snarky young lady who saw I was suffering who offered no help. No bathroom in the lobby!?! Finally when I said I was literally going to have an emergency she offered what looked like a torture chamber bathroom!!! That is on the ownership. Shame on you to not foresee such an occurrence. I was disgusted with the operation at this point. You have not taken customer service seriously nor my money spent. The next day at 10:15 when returning from out to breakfast the staff dismantled the room and through away my belongings in the garbage. Check out is at 11am. Again livid. The $25 a day parking charge is the same that they charge for the Ritz Carlton. You are not the Ritz. Your should take their customer service training. I won’t be back and I would like a refund. Get front office staff that can think!!!
