Liked: Fantastic location on the Cabot Trail. Very welcoming and the accomodation was comfortable and spacious with excellent facilities as well as views. Would love to come back and stay again.

Boathouse

Liked: The property was beautiful , the boat house was a good experience.
Disliked: There were mice, the place needs a deep clean and some maintenance it could be amazing. the bathroom almost felt like the floor was gonna cave in.

Liked: The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the location was good—right by the water and a 40 minute drive from the National Park, making it perfect for exploring the area.
Disliked: However, we were disappointed to find that breakfast was not included, even though the booking information had stated otherwise. Updating the website to reflect this would be helpful for future guests to better plan their stay.We stayed in the boathouse, and while the setting was charming, the cleanliness did not meet our expectations. Unfortunately, we found mouse droppings in the kitchenette area, and we spotted rodents at night despite ensuring no food was left out. Addressing this issue would greatly improve the overall experience.

Liked: The loft beautifully and tastefully decorated in nautical theme. The scenery outside was perfect. Chairs, hamacs,the fireplace,, the hot tub all overlooking the ocean.
Disliked: Nothing everything was just perfect

Fantastic place. Highly to recommend...

Liked: The location is fantastic!We traveled with a dog and the owner was very dog friendly. She even allowed us to leave the dog during the day in the cottage when we went to Louisbourg and did a walk with it. Really great!
Disliked: There was a kind of smell in the cottage which bothered us as it did not go away over the days. Like from a room refresher or so but we could not find the source for it.
