Liked: Upon pulling in everything looked good.
Disliked: I checked in and ten minutes later checked out. I realized they did not take dogs and went directly back to hand in my keys. I told the gentleman and he said to contact booking.com. They said the hotel can make the refund. That was on 2/23, 2 emails to later and now 3/7 still no refund. Bad customer service, they do not answer back. Very disappointed!

At least it was clean.
Liked: Low off-season price. Motor court style facility. Very clean.
Disliked: Door was difficult to lock, no safety chain. Remote did not work. No charging ports. Room was very small. No microwave. No breakfast; not even coffee in the lobby. Burn hole in the coverlet. Small pillows. No thermostat.

Liked: This was close to the hospital my sister was in. It was both located closely and very clean.
Disliked: It was all I needed for sleeping and convenience to my destination.

In general, I like everything...
Liked: I've been at this hotel previously and I love it; it is clean, comfortable and warm.
Disliked: It is a convenient location; close to shops, nice restaurants and easy access to main roads and GSP. The only thing I did not like was not having a microwave in the room and again a perturbed, irrational next door neighbor(s) named Rose Moreno (I heard her saying her name) and company (room 3). I don't know which one was it or if both but they were violent throwing things around and trash can in their room and moving the furniture and bed harshly, repetitively, several times at day and night; talking loud close to my door and in their room, like around 5:30 am.
