Liked: Love the location. The room was nice. Awesome view. Cleanliness needs some improvements. The sofa was very uncomfortable.

Liked: The location is first rate, there is no denying the location is excellent, steps from the beach and a great view. And although the bathroom is very dated it had the absolute best rain shower head
Disliked: Front desk check in, needs work. - One lock on door (handle) on a ground floor, - trim and fit and finishes we lack luster. But in fairness the beach is what you stay there for. I stayed there many years ago as a child and really nothing has changed much, except the prices.... Wall are paper thin and normal conversations can be heard, also as much as I like cats I don't need one meowing a my door for 4 hrs... it just wouldn't go away. Cute but annoying.....

Liked: Right on the ocean, right down town and right on the walkway.
Disliked: Could use some new beds and updated showers
