Disliked: This was absolutely my worst experience ever. I booked through booking.com when I arrived there was zero instructions on how to check in, I spent an hour in my vehicle not able to check in after I just drove 3 hours to get to my destination I paid days in advance the full price for the room. There was no one in the office the entire time of my stay at several issues I would like to bring to their attention I tried to call the phone line no response I reached out several times to the host that I booked through the host was completely rude I'm absolutely unsatisfied. And the fine print it tells you very clearly that there shall be no modifications, however the room I booked the host proceeds to tell me that they "overbooked" got rude with me once again refused to return my money then told me they have a small room available I was never compensated for my money difference for the rooms I booked a deluxe with the ocean view and ended up in a very small basic room the AC was warm there was a can of raid next to the refrigerator I was completely disgusted I will never return to the sea dip never recommend the sea-Dip to anyone I'm completely disappointed. you all should be ashamed of yourselves this is not professional by any means.I called to see dip prior to booking and asked questions, like are the pools available her response was yes the entire time I was there the inside pool was locked I had a key it didn't work. I woke up around 7:30 the next morning completely disgusted because I see roaches I ended up checking out at 8:00 a.m. due to how completely disgusted I am with this establishment. To whomever reads this comment I hope it gives you a peace of mind and I hope you also decide not to rent from this establishment Don't waste your time or money especially on an special occasion or weekend getaway please don't waste your time.

Liked: I was in a great location.
Disliked: I was texted by the owner on how to get into the unit. When I got there, the TV remote had the battery cover missing and only one of 2 batteries in it. I sent a text to the owner with no response. I went and purchased batteries, and the remote worked fine. On my last night, I was using the microwave, and the circuit popped and wouldn't reset. I text the owner, and again, there was no response. The place was OK, but don't expect to hear from anyone if anything goes wrong

Disliked: there were only one toilet paper and wasn't even full there was no enough Pillows the floor was that clean overall was okay because I was going to the bike festival so it was more about just somewhere to sleep not to enjoy the place.

Disliked: Hey so-called cleaning lady creeping around coming in your apartment when you're gone no way to lock the door to keep your stuff secure or away from on prying eyes so some privacy would be nice I never seen nobody else from the staff the office was an open couldn't get a parking pass it was threatened to have the truck towed checkouts at 10 o'clock instead of 11 or 12 no phone in the rooms indoor pool wasn't functionable or was closed so they didn't have to clean it was worth 50 and night wind up paying twice that
