Liked: Right across the street from the beach
Disliked: Mold in bathroom caulk/grout ( I actually cleaned it myself). Hallways and stairs carpets not cleaned daily. Maid service now approximately $12 on request only.

Disliked: Common areas not as clean as they used to be (rear entrance hall & carpeted stairs). Ice machine location. No trash cans in hallways.

Disliked: The smoke alarm going off several times.

Disliked: The room, no restaurant that was supposed to be on site, the bed, the patio, no restaurants that close, etc.

If you want to ruin...

Liked: Close to Beach
Disliked: Dirty , looks like it’s gonna close on the last breath, pictures doesn’t match reality! You have to ask for towels and you have to ask for everything and toilet paper and they were with yellow stains! Closet was full of dust on a shelf. You could even put your clothes in there and room smelled moldy in the whole hotel.! nobody comes to do your room. You have to pay extra.

The price of the hotel...

Liked: Location is 10/10, staff is very kind too.
Disliked: Room conditions are 5. The first room we got, the a/c was old and too noisy so we asked the same day for a change and they gave us another room. This other room was better, but the bedside lamp wasn’t working, nor were the outlets usually built into it. The showerhead wasn’t good either.But for the price, compared to others hotels nearby, its ok. Value for money is good.
