Disliked: I rented a spa room. With jacuzzi paid extra an it didn’t work a the Hot water didn’t work. And I got no response from staff or booking.com

Liked: I have pictures of the attendant and he lied racists luare denied declined that I had a reservation regarding the confirmation number he said they was sold out when I visually saw seven empty rooms
