Liked: Once we arrived at the property, the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is not a cookie cutter place, instead there are several buildings in which guests stay. In the three buildings our family was in, every room was larger than we had anticipated. Everyone we met was happy to talk about the farm and the local area. We loved the breakfast that was delivered to the room every morning (usually eggs, yogurt, pastry, fruit, coffee or tea.) We also loved the homemade chocolate chip cookies at the front desk in the afternoon and hanging out with the llamas and chickens!
Disliked: It was hard to get the property on the phone to ask questions before our stay. The same was true of email, but maybe that was in part to the interface with booking.com.
