Liked: Location is great, staff was friendly.
Disliked: Only 1 entrance for interior rooms. Shower doors were not on the rail.

Liked: Good location close to the highway and airport.
Disliked: There was no blanket, only two sheets. Maybe i could understand if it was the summer, but it was in the middle of winter during a snowstorm. Also, the water pressure was terrible and my bathtub was dirty.

Liked: I love this hotel and facility the whole place is just a vibe.
Disliked: The side of the building that we were on had some street noise and lots of light.

Disliked: What I did not like was when a staff member walked in our room without knocking or without reading the sign to not disturb before check out. My son was by the front room while I was in the restroom.

Liked: Interesting eco friendly concept
Disliked: Location, emergency sirens and highway noise 24/7, room was poorly cleaned, there was poop marks on the toilet seat but we were too tired to complain about it due to the lack of sleep we got. This is not quiet, you can hear all street sounds

Excellent hotel, lovely environment and...

Liked: The staff was particular friendly and helpful, the location was very convenient. The breakfast good and had some excellent healthy options. The gym facilities were a lot more than I expected for a hotel gym which was a pleasant surprise.
Disliked: The liquid soap was empty when I checked in and was not refilled after the work was cleaned.Also, some of the utensils wasn't cleaned properly. Lastly, and the only main issue is I checked out on the 6th of November 2024 and as of today 27th November 2024 and deposit hold on my credit is yet to be cleared.
