Overall okay to stay but...

Liked: Staff was great, informative and helpful. Lot's of parking, beds were very comfortable, bathroom was clean. Asked for some kitchen supplies and they were given in a timely manner. Bathroom looked completely remodelled and clean.
Disliked: The kitchen was not well stocked at all when I arrived, some of the floors were dirty and found garbage behind the door. Kitchen needs some updating.

Very inexpensive hidden gem, will...

Liked: Older facility but clean and convenient location close to downtown restaurants.
Disliked: Adjoining restaurant closed due to a kitchen fire. It was a good little mom and pop type diner.

If you're on a budget...

Liked: the property, rooms and facilities were well cared for. The staff were helpful and cheerful. I could tell it was a good place to work as that was reflected in the attitudes of the staff at every level. Cleanliness was the best of any of the "budget" hotels/Inns I have stayed at in Kamloops.
Disliked: I prefer a firmer bed is all
