Liked: asked & received a disability room - outstanding - totally assisted us, fridge worked, coffee, toiletries.
Disliked: phone was unplugged - found plug & then worked; tv remote was broken - took to front & got new one; weird tv set up having to use my phone to set up; only one coffee cup & it states breakfast - but no breakfast even after I reported when staying there before. please update no breakfast. no one came in for replacement of towels.

Liked: yes I booked my room online i might have arrived 4:00 p.m i get to the front desk tell them I booked room online the lady at the front ask me was this my 1st stay i said she said it will be 100 $ deposit for 1st time stay i told there was no indication from my knowledge when I book my room online that was a complete turn event's for my stay i took Uber to get there so I said ok I'll pay the 100$ then she switched up charged on me again this time she said she wasn't go let me pay for my room I ask her why not she said I can't stand up mind u I'm disabled I was shocked I couldn't believe what was happening real life I was speech less didn't argue with her cause a scene I said bet just let me figure what imma do from here far as I'm at ground 0 behind the 8 ball figure out my next move she kept rushing pressing me when was my ride coming she didn't want me to sit wait in the lobby for my ride as I'm sitting getting me a ride not good 5 10 minutes later Hispanic male come in want to get room same?
Disliked: like is understate how I was treated like I was nothing didn't count
