Liked: Staff was very helpful and the room, bathroom and lobby were clean.
Disliked: The room my family stayed in had smell of weed smoke. Also, floor requires steam vacuuming. The coffee machine was dispensing only hot water, no coffee.

Liked: The lighting and the shower
Disliked: The staff the man that works at the hotel works in my room and opens the bathroom door I was not dressed and he had no reason to be in my room I was paid up! And I was just transferring rooms but with him knowing I transferring rooms you clearly hear my music playing in the bathroom with the door shut why would you open it why wouldn't you announce yourself coming in the front door or coming in the bathroom besides the fact he had no legal right to even do any of that considering I wasn't past due online bill unacceptable then he threatened to refund my money and make me leave yelling at me on top of all of this I set there in disbelief humiliated and extremely pissed!

Disliked: Room was dirty, I found a dead roach on the floor the moment I walked in, the walls were dirty and stained, the bathroom ceiling had mold growing, there was hair and a old razor in the shower
