We were only there one...
Liked: It is very clean, easy access to the port & you can leave your car & get to & from port for only $20. It just makes things easier. If I’m leaving from Galveston I will always stay there!

The other hotels were better...
Liked: Too plain for the high cost for one night. Nothing worked inside the lobby and no resturant to eat when I arrived. Seemed like an apt complex turned into a hotel and numerous things were not added to make it enjoyable. It was on the snooze and cruise list but would never stay there again.
Disliked: In the above block it’s listed.

We stayed for one night...
Liked: Originally the price, but then discovered I overpaid for what we got!
Disliked: Location, right beside a ferry terminal.Condition, very outdated and run down

Poor
Liked: Being able to park there for the cruise.
Disliked: They tried to tell me i cancelled my booking. Carpets were pretty nasty, 3rd floor and no elevator with 3 handicaps. TV remote did not work.

Price was right! Good place...
Liked: Price and the Cruise Parking benefit. The Front Desk Clerk when we checked out Wednesday morning 16 October was Fantastic! He reimbursed the parking fee overcharge and apoligized.
Disliked: The Staff Member who checked us in on Tuesday afternoon 16 October was incompetent. The website said Parking after 7 days was $10 per day. The sign on the Front Desk area said the same. He insisted on charging me $25 per day. He could not get the Credit Card Machine to work and he had me pay cash for everything. (He did move us to 2nd floor room from original 3rd floor room as we are both disabled - this he did good!) Also no elevator.
