Liked: I hate everything about this property. The manager old white lady is super rude. Ever since we booked the room she’s done nothing but have a snobby attitude while we was respectful then when we checked out she said we wasn’t able to come back when the room looked like that anyways. Do not visit this hotel

Liked: For the price it was better than expected. Mattress was very very comfortable. Old place but clean. Very pleased based on the value.

Liked: Nothing. Place was disgusting. Bedbugs would not even stay there.
Disliked: Everything. Did not stay. This was listed as a smoke free place with designated smoking. There is NOT an option when booking for a choice, I was told when I arrived, that I asked for a smoking room, that's what showed on the booking. That was a lie. when I asked for a non-smoking room, told there where none. Front desk person was not at all pleasant and was passive aggressive using "Sir". I was coming down to the area for an event and was concerned about finding another place to stay. I paid. After walking in the room and seeing everything is broken, dirty toilet and reeking of smoke, I turned around a went back to the front desk. There was no way I was staying there. When checking out I was told there was a day charge. That was wrong. Normal daily room price is $49 dollars (overpriced). I paid $157. As I was waiting to get out of there, another person came in and had issues with the front desk person, so I realized it was not just me and their normal ways of doing business. This is the was by far the worst room I ever was in and a place that thinks their place is 5 star. There is no rating that is low enough.

Disliked: The lady at the front desk was so rude ! And it says “no pets” but I heard barking coming from the other side of the desk . Y’all need to fire her. Breaking rules and being rude to kids will not get u anywhere in life.

Disliked: When my daughter got into bed she seen a bed bug and she was bitten twice. But by looks you would think that it was a very clean place but had bed bugs in that particular room.
