Passable

Liked: We had stayed at this location before.However, poor plumbing repairs (toilets are not level, handle in shower falls off, curtain rod is hanging), smoke detectors and Co monitor components were in dresser drawer. Floors were not cleaned, bed linens were stained-poor bleaching, desk had broken leg, barely supporting desk, refrigerator worked good. No continental breakfast.

Internet had better pictures than...

Liked: Close to work during snow storm
Disliked: No heat or hot water in first 2 rooms finally had heat in 3rd room. Manager was not very helpful when asked for a refund. Big gap in the doorway and room construction began at 9:00 a.m.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was good as it was in between where our daughters live
Disliked: The couch looked nasty, needed cleaning.

Very poor

Liked: It's the only one close to where we needed to be for miles. There was a store and gas station along with a Dollar General right in front of the hotel. The freeway is a bit busy but not too loud in our room. A/C worked great and it was a large room.
Disliked: We got locked out of our room after staying there one night of the three we booked. Had to have our key cards reset holding all our stuff trying to get in our room.

Liked: The room was closed to where we needed it to be and had a dollar store and large convenient store in the parking lot
Disliked: The room was fine however there were roaches in the room as well as melted candy in one of the drawers. I told the clerk when I checked out but he pretty much ignored it.

Superb

Liked: Proximity to event.Dog friendly, Responsive staff.Climate control was responsive.
Disliked: So it did not smell smokey it still had ashtrays and cigarette burn marks on the furniture and the bathroom counter. The baseboard in the bathroom was not repaired. bigger pillows or more. They gave me extra when I asked.
