Exceptional
Liked: We loved everything about our stay. Rosemary and Colin were exceptional hosts and the room was glorious. We slept like logs and awoke to birdsong. Highly recommend Rosemary's optional dinner as well as borrowing the kayak for an adventure. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place
Liked: This place is amazing!I fully recommend to have a weekend trip here, the place is lovely, with 2 amazing host that prepare the most amazing breakfast daily. They have their own fruits and veggies that taste so fresh! I recommend to have dinner here, Rosemary does an amazing job with her own recipes! But not only the food is good, the bed was one of the most comfortable bed I have been! So difficult to wake up early, you would just want to stay in bed! The place is clean and tidy, if you need anything your host would always help you. I want to come back already!

Scotland Island Lodge is a...
Liked: Rosemary and Colin are very warm and welcoming and they happily accommodated my dietary needs. The breakfast was delicious and we opted to have the dinners because there are no cafes on the island. The lodge is well located, not far from the ferry drop off and has such a friendly homely feel.
Disliked: Scotland Island itself is limited in activities on offer. There are no cafes or public amenities and only 1 small grassy area to picnic. 2 nights and 1 full day was enough time to walk around exploring the island and have time to just chill out. If I was staying longer I would take a ferry to the other local bays to explore the local bush walks and go swimming there.
