Fantastic hotel and staff in...

Liked: Great central location. Hotel rooms are light and spacious. Beautiful bathroom with temple spa products and good quality towels. Hotel room and public areas were pristine. Reception team were welcoming and always helpful. Complimentary coffee and pastries in the morning were a lovely touch.
Disliked: The only thing to improve was some drawers in the bedroom, but that’s just been picky. It was a lovely room with great views out.

Disliked: was really noisey had a terrible nights sleep and also was charged for late check out which wasn’t used. Terrible customer service tbh

Perfect hotel for exploring Liverpool

Liked: Fabulous hotel in the centre of Liverpool. A short walk from bus stops. It is right in the centre of Liverpool One with all of the bars, shops and restaurants in close proximity. The room was very spacious and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Complimentary tea/coffee and pastries are served in reception before 10am. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again.
Disliked: Nothing.
