Liked: Has a nice pool and jacuzzi! rooms are clean! Great place to stay when booking last minute.
Disliked: Shower temperatures are soooo difficult to figure out. One second your freezing, next second your being scolded with hot water. beds aren’t the comfiest but that’s alright

Liked: Location was good. my stay was pleasant and able to have good time.
Disliked: Maintenance items came up short. Tub faucet dripped all the time. Bulb was out above mirror, Hvac cover was broken and laying on unit. some damaged wall in bathroom.

Liked: The property was fine and served its purpose for an over night stay.
Disliked: Management and hospitality need to come together and have a meeting regarding the cleanliness. I guess that happened, but it doesn’t look like the stairs from the first level to the second level have ever been cleaned. The walls were completely filthy as well as white walls and white to wipe those down. It does not take effort with magic eraser, and some dish soap. Possibly could’ve came from somebody making the bed however the shower was a whole different story. There was lots of hair in our shower. The soap scum and grease was extremely visible. I took a washcloth that was damp and ran my finger down the side of the tub and you can see the clean line. My finger made versus the rest of the shower wall. Absolutely disgusting. They advertise a hot Continental breakfast, which to me is false. The only thing warm is the toaster for your bagels or a do it yourself waffle. They had a nice assortment of oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, and muffins, but definitely not a continental breakfast. The staff is extremely friendly, but I would not stay here again due to the lack of cleanliness.

Liked: Great location, good rate, and clean. Lots of space in our room. We used the sauna, hot tub and pool and really enjoyed since not much to do in Holmes County after 5 pm (except eat!!)
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind - would certainly stay again!
