Excellent apartments, very good breakfast...

Liked: Excellent breakfast with very attentive staff. Our daughter is vegan and the staff answered several questions without any fuss and organized a cappuccino with oat milch. Also me myself I got a "birchermüsli" without nuts. All in all we were really impressed by the service and spontaneous friendliness of the staff. We could also leave our bags in one of the apartments after the official checkot time while we were having a walk in the neighborhood.
Disliked: All perfect.

Liked: A lovely B & B and cafe,with access to a ski room,for bike storage.The food was excellent,and great value,and the staff were all lovely.

Disliked: no kitchen equipment what so ever, no water, no cups, no plates and no utencils even there is a kitchenette. but the breakfast at the cafe had it all.

complete disappointment, misleading advertising, subpar...

Disliked: I had a deeply disappointing experience at Schnider Bed & Breakfast und Café, which was not only misleading but also incredibly frustrating. Based on the descriptions and images provided at the time of booking, I was under the impression that I would be staying in a chalet-style room in a traditional setting. Upon arrival, however, I was told that my room was located in a completely different building—a lower-quality structure that was not the cozy, chalet environment I had been promised.The room was far below expectations, nothing like what was advertised online, and felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a solution, I was redirected to Hotel Alpina, another property supposedly linked to Schnider. Things only got worse from there.At Hotel Alpina, I was informed that I would need to pay more than the original booking price—an increase from 150 CHF to 170 CHF—despite having made a reservation at the original price. When I reasonably questioned why I was being charged more, the staff's response was shocking. Instead of addressing my concerns, they threatened to call the police on me, which was an utterly unprofessional and intimidating tactic, especially when all I was asking for was clarification about the unexpected price hike.This experience was not just poor customer service—it was downright abusive and completely unacceptable for any establishment claiming to cater to guests. I later discovered that many other reviews have mentioned similar issues, pointing to a pattern of misleading advertising and extremely unprofessional conduct.I would strongly urge anyone considering a stay at Schnider Bed & Breakfast und Café to rethink their decision. The mismanagement, dishonesty, and blatant disregard for customer care are beyond tolerable. I hope that the management will take serious steps to improve their practices, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Way more than I expected!!

Liked: Everything; my room was in Zerfalia house 4th floor, a modern style (1960’s-70’s???) building and interior design but re-made new so the room was very cool in design with everything one could need.the view was amazing and the room had a balcony where you could enjoy it but also you could hear the water from the Thermal Baths behind the building.The site/building was next to the thermal baths with a beautiful wailkway at the back.Breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had in this hotel category.
Disliked: Nothing.
