Total service failure

Disliked: The issue began in the morning with the complete absence of cold water, making it impossible to regulate the temperature and effectively leaving us (second floor guests) with scalding, unusable showers. To make matters even more appalling, the toilets were not functional, turning a basic necessity into an unbearable ordeal. From there, the situation only worsened: no effective effort was made to remedy these problems, no genuine apologies were offered, and no one on staff seemed remotely interested in providing compensation or even basic courtesy. Adding insult to injury, the management was conspicuously absent, leaving paying customers stranded without any reassurance or solutions. The entire experience was an unforgivable disappointment that reflects glaring incompetence and indifference at every level.
