Levon went above and beyond in every way imaginable; His warmth, professionalism and kindness is truly unforgettable.The room was stunning: luxurious yet comfortable, with tasteful decor, a heavenly bed, and floor to ceiling windows that offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. The spa facilities were world class.If you’re looking for a flawless blend of elegance, comfort, and personalized service, look no further. This hotel and especially Levon set a new gold standard. We’re already planning our return.

Disliked: No coffee maker in the room. I haven't had a room without a coffee maker for ages, and it surprised me. I thought this is pretty much standard these days. I had to walk all the way to the breakfast room to get a coffee (since we were in the annex this was quite a distance) and had to pay 4 Euro for a mediocre coffee. We did not want to have breakfast, since we had to leave early.
