Liked: The location was absolutely perfect the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Only a 10 minute walk to the city and straight across the road from the wonderful walks along the beach front. Very happy

Liked: We were upgraded rooms as on our 1st room we spotted a few spots of what seemed to be blood on the bathroom wall near toilet, (I have an eye for noticing things like that) totally understand these things can be missed by the very busy cleaner! Our room we were upgraded to had a beautiful view of the ocean, the beds were comfy, the room we got had room service and a mini bar so that was a bonus, we were near the end so was quite as not alot of other people staying going past. Tv was a good size and lots of channels. Room was pretty clean and tidy and well presented. The staff were all very lovely and helpful. They are open 24 hours which is also great. We enjoyed our stay!
Disliked: We didn't like that the bathroom is very small, not alot of space to get dressed in there ect, and the fact that there were no windows that are able to be opened our room soon became hot and full of condensation after we had all showered. The aircon/heat seems to only be at 1 setting/temperature for hot or cold we weren't able to adjust it so that was annoying. Also having no kitchen sink or any means to cook/heat food. No way to wash dishes ect, filling the jug for a coffee ect using the bathroom taps is inconvenient and seems unhygienic, maybe as well as the milk that is provided a free 1.5 liter of fresh sealed bottled water to full jug should and/ or to have a fresh drink of water should also be provided 1 bottle per night per say. Jugs need a clean out as they are full of lime scale,Rooms could do with a good deep clean lots of food stains/spills on the carpet, the window ledges and skirting were all dusty/dirty, lots of grubby marks on the walls and doors, the bench/counter tops, table and side tables all felt sticky and need a really good wipe. I also noticed when walking up the stairs and in the corridors that the room doors were very dirty as well as the doors on the stairway, also the hand rails in stair case need cleaning. I just feel for a hotel the over all expectations of it being great were not meet, we felt a bit let down especially for the price you pay. Hopefully these things can be improved .
