Comfortable with a few surprises

Liked: The bed was comfy, the room was clean, and the reception staff were amazing and very friendly.
Disliked: We requested a late checkout at 11 which was confirmed but then a cleaner came into our room while we had no clothes on. The rooms also don’t have temperature control which made it quite difficult to sleep because our room was 28 degrees according to the homepod I brought with us. You can’t adjust the temperature from your room.
