Ok

Liked: Just a 2-minute walk from the beach, it’s in a great location if that’s what you’re looking for. It’s also close to shops, including a Coles nearby.
Disliked: I understand the apartments are affordable, but there’s room for improvement.First, the bathroom has a large screen opening right by the shower, and the neighboring buildings can see you if they’re on higher floors. The sponge provided for washing dishes was very basic, only the green part, which made it difficult to clean properly. A better quality sponge would be appreciated. The shower kept switching between hot and cold, which was unpleasant, especially during a cold weekend. The apartment doesn’t block sound well at all. It’s right next to a busy street, and loud motorbikes passed by until late. We could also hear everything from the upstairs neighbors, including running and banging noises, which went on until around 9 pm. It’s fine for a short stay if you don’t mind these issues and just need a place for the night.

Fine if all you need...

Liked: The property is a 2 minute walk to Scarborough Beach, which is super convenient. There is a playground, restaurants/bars, pharmacy and a Coles all within walking distance.
Disliked: Sure it’s cheap, and we didn’t have high expectations, but basics like enough toilet paper should be included (only 2 rolls provided for a six night stay). It’s very stark and none of the furniture is comfy to sit on/lie on, but it was clean at least.

great location, dirty and rundown...

Very adequate and built for...

Liked: The location is the selling point here. Close to the beach and right in the middle of the action. The Accommodation was as expected, comfortable and functional and definitely worth the price. If you want fancy, they done do fancy, but they don't charge fancy either. I probably would not take my wife there, but for me, it ticked all the boxes and more.
Disliked: Nothing to not like, unless you are fussy. If you are, then pay double and go across the road. You may get better carpets and a fresher kitchen, but no better sleep or location. For me, I'll save the bucks and stay here again.
