Liked: -very attentive and polite staff-very good location-fast elevators -20th floor panoramic view as in Sky bar live-very good breakfast(although I wish it had fish option as well)-iron and table in the room-clean and modern room-good soundproofing-comfortable bed and pillow-very good water pressure-nice lounge-luggage storage for late flightsWill come back for sure!

Liked: Good breakfast - friendly staff managed the very busy periods well.
Disliked: It was a surprise to find that our room had no tea/coffee making facilities, and not even an electric kettle. There was space for these, but the cupboard that may have housed these items in earlier times had been blanked off with a wood panel. We would not expect this omission at a high-end hotel - beverage facilities/kettle would be provided even in the lowliest of inns in the UK.

Disliked: Room windows cannot open. Carpet in room. Smelly. Feeling claustrophobic despite size of room. Traffic jam elevator at 8 AM (waiting time 10 minutes)
