BEST KID / FAMILY HOTEL...
Liked: 1) The Pool areas is a dream for parents and kids... The photos only show 20% of the dream, you're about the enjoy.2) Breakfast is a solid 8/10!3) Staff leave you alone.4) The Arab (or was he Turkish?) barman is an absolute legend and lets you take the drinks to the outdoor hottub.
Disliked: It should be closer to Copenhagen. And there should be one in every city on earth!

Rat found in the pool...
Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The pool (the main feature of this hotel) was closed the whole week due to a rat problem. This was only communicated beforehand to a few VIP guests. Even when we checked in it was not disclosed (we knew by then from others staying in the hotel). We were offered a 20% discount which we accepted.

Overpriced and best avoided
Disliked: Upon entering this Danish hotel, you are immediately assailed by a humid, chlorinated smell, more reminiscent of a public swimming pool than a high-end hotel. The reception, quick to charge you for your entire stay, eagerly offers you an upgrade to renovated rooms, explaining that the images seen on Booking do not match reality.Digital bureaucracy then takes over with the mandatory use of QR codes, necessary to reserve your slot for breakfast (a fixed slot every 30 minutes) and to request room cleaning, which, under the guise of environmental protection, is not done automatically. The Wi-Fi is not secure. The elevator threatens to snatch your suitcase, and you navigate through a garishly colored hallway, decorated with a tasteless carpet meant to evoke the sea.The “renovated” room fails to meet expectations: the bathroom fixtures are scattered around the room, the shower seals are moldy, the door handle is wobbly, and the toilet seat is unstable. The children's beds resemble those on a 90’s ferry, and a stained curtain, along with an outdated fan (containing actual dead flies), completes the scene. Compared to the charm of Danish design we encountered in previous stages of our trip, this hotel turns out to be a failed mix of garish aquatic center colors and ex-GDR furniture. The staff, visibly exhausted and disillusioned, provides little comfort. The breakfast, served in a shopping center cafeteria-like atmosphere, stands out for its lack of taste and flavor. I don't know who could possibly enjoy this industrial cuisine. In conclusion, the dissonance between the service, worthy of a two-star highway motel, and the astronomical price of €330 per night is striking. The photos and online reviews do not reflect reality at all. Absolutely to be avoided!
