Good hotel with great facilities.

Liked: Great location and nice facilities
Disliked: Our room for 4 Adult is rather small but the room layout seems effective.

No alternative choice in Førde...

Liked: One certainly has a certain expectation when it comes to a hotel & spa, but seeing the real thing was disappointing.The superior plus room was large enough - with a large bathroom - all quite clean and tidyThe balcony urgently needs renovation - dirty and painting coming off, the view at an industrial side.Run down smelly floors and worn out carpeting - Spa is nothing that deserves this namePeople at a nearby restaurant (Pikant Mat - Og Vinhus, good food) confirmed our findings but told us that the only other place in Forde is even worse...
Disliked: Very cool reception without any welcoming attitude, breakfast lacks freshness and local food - mostly out of plastic wrappers - the hotel is quite large 249 rooms - but lacks basic skills and needs renovation

A very nice stay in...

Liked: The location was perfect for our one night stopover on a long trip north. We had a lovely spacious room and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good too

Very comfortable hotel and an...

Liked: Very comfortable hotel. Good Location - opposite the Contemporary Art Museum, close to shopping centres and at least one excellent restaurant. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Great selection of well prepared and tasty food. The photo of the outside of the hotel does not do justice to it. From the photo, I thought it looked like a shopping mall. Actually, it looks very nice from the outside.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a kettle and some cups in the room to make tea and coffee.

Oveall, a nice experience

Liked: Hotel is beginning to look its age, but all facilities are good. Fantastic breakfast and nice indoor pool.
Disliked: No attendant in pool or gym
