Superb

Liked: The staff are very friendly and the location is great.
Disliked: Breakfast could be improved, the scrambled eggs for example are not good and there could be more hot options, as the weather is very cold.

Not good to stay at...

Liked: Good enough to sleep for one night
Disliked: Breakfast not taste good.Room is not clean properly .Swimming pool is not safe for kids.The charging Station for the Car is REALLY Really BAD it has stop 36 times( other people complaining as well).Bad Air in the Rooms .!

Chaotic experience due to holiday...

Liked: Practical and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Peak holiday time, meaning the experienced regular staff were away and replaced by inexperienced youth workers. The situation was chaotic.In addition the restaurant was largely unavailable due to a block booking for a party. This is simply not acceptable when the hotel is busy with overnight guests!
