Disappointing

Disliked: I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent booking. I had booked the superior kings room for my parents to stsy 2 days, based on the appealing photos and description shown on your platform.This room was in no way similar to the photos of the Superior Kimgs room. It was dark, basic, and had an exterior construction site, which made it even more unpleasant. It was not worth the rate I paid, and I am extremely upset that my parents had to stay in such a poor room.

Disliked: We moved the sofa, because we wanted to sleep af of us next to each other, and found SO much dust (nullermænd) and some trash haha. But it was fine so

Nice but deceived at booking

Liked: Great breakfast
Disliked: I didn't like that there was scaffolding all around the building and had no view of the lovely square out front and workmen drilling and hsmmering outside my window scared my baby, there was no privacy so had to keep the curtains closed as said workmen could see right in my bedroom ..I would not of booked this hotel if they would of informed me before I booked !!

Ok room but very loud...

Liked: Its was a very good classic hotels, the lobby was smarter than the rest of the hotel.
Disliked: The room was on the first floor and with windows to the street i front of a bar, where the music and loud voices was really annoying.

Comfortable, friendly hotel.

Liked: The food provided for our conference was fantastic. Staff member at reception were very helpful and friendly when I arrived. And other staff throughout my four night stay were friendly also.
Disliked: I missed having tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Great hotel.

Liked: Staff were nice and helpful, friendly and professional. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable - although a little soft for me, it all appeared to be very clean and well maintained. The location was great, close to lila torg - for food and drinks, also close enough to my workplace.
Disliked: Noises in the night, couple of times quite a loud noise, probably someone in the room next door - but it sounded like it came from my bathroom!
