Liked: Staff at dinner and breakfast were were excellent
Disliked: The room was very small and decorated uninspiring.

Disappointing stay in a nice...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Booked a double room for myself and my wife. Arrived late due to flight delay. At check in, the receptionist was yawning away and was disinterested, didn't even say how much the room was, just said put your payment card in. The room was set up for one person not two, so only one towel, one mug etc. Mug was dirty. Hotel info on desk said call 9 for reception, so tried to phone down to get another towel but there was no phone! Not impressive. especially for the expensive price.
