Disapointing views of a construction...

Liked: Small room for 3 people with a quite terrible view of some industrial building site. That was the biggest disapointment, that there was no mention or option to choose the view. No additional kettles in rooms (I’ve read reviews in advance so I knew that piece of information but still it was an inconvienience)Shelf and a toilet paper rack in the bathroom just fell off into my hands when I reached out to them.I thought I made a very informed decision to choose this hotel (I really needed something with an easy parking access) but still I managed to be unpleasantly surprised.Very small menu selection for lunch-dinner at the main restaurant during monday-wednesday.Pluses - great, pleasant staff.

Liked: We were on holiday as a group of girls, we had a SPA party and a holiday in this wonderful hotel. We liked absolutely everything. In the evening we relaxed in the SPA area and the interior and sauna and pool are some of the best in Copenhagen. Huge thanks to the employee of the SPA center Olga for the excellent service, attention to detail and help in all matters thanks to her attitude to our group we were very delighted with the hotel and will come back here again. In the evening we went up to the bar restaurant on the roof and our surprise knew no bounds chef Karoline Maraka presented us with her dishes. Everything that she brought us and recommended caused a storm of taste buds. I definitely recommend visiting the rooftop restaurant, and our whole group sincerely thanks Caroline and the bar staff and we will come again more than once to enjoy these exquisite dishes.
Disliked: We didn't have enough towels, but the staff fixed it within minutes.

All in all I found...

Liked: There was a good selection at the breakfast buffet though there was almost always a line for the coffee drink machines several of which were out of service every day that I ate there.
Disliked: The main reason I choose the property was rate and the spa. Unfortunately, the property is managed like a discount airline. It only seems to be a good price until you realize you're being charged for every "extra". Breakfast wasn't included in my rate, ok, not a big deal, but access to the pool and spa area was also not included. That's ridiculous. Of course I'd expect to pay for spa services like massages but to $40 USD a day to use the pool and sauna? Also the rooms were small and utilitarian.

Liked: It is a well-located, new and clean hotel. We weren't told that we had to ask or request that our room be cleaned. We had problems with breakfast. We were supposedly paid for and booked during check-in, but when we went to breakfast the next morning, we weren't registered and were going to be charged more. The pillows on the bed were also very large and uncomfortable.
