Very good

Liked: The material base, food, sauna, were all good, clean, qualitative.
Disliked: In terms of talking to guests, the front desk / reception could use a bit more training. … and paying attention more wouldn’t hurt either. Also, some of the dents in the metal corners of the walls can have metal bits coming out - which do scratch clothes.

Short night in Helsinki

Liked: The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the central station. Stuff is super nice and kindly. Our room was clean and big enough for us. I appreciate the breakfast options.
Disliked: Nothing

Great location for the train...

Liked: I always try to stay here when I am working in Helsinki. It is in a perfect location for the train station and metro, is great value for money and very comfortable with a good breakfast.
Disliked: On this trip there were road works outside the room but can't blame the hotel and they did provide some ear plugs as there were no other rooms free!
