Nice location, nice staff and...

Liked: The service provided by the front desk and the personnel at the breakfast was excellent as was the breakfast itself. The location is very good, down town is within walking distance and very close to tram stops and restaurants.
Disliked: The room was very warm since there was no aircon and my room was facing the evening sun. Also the room was not really clean, the bathroom was ok but the room floor was not.
