Disliked: My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The service felt rigid and impractical – everything had to be pre-booked in advance, including room cleaning and breakfast time. There was no phone in the room, no minibar, and absolutely no flexibility in the service. For a hotel of this level, I expected a more comfortable experience, not having to plan every little detail ahead of time. It felt more like staying in a strict institution rather than a relaxing hotel.If you value freedom and flexibility during your stay, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
