Liked: Location was allright.
Disliked: The booked sauna was cold. The swimmingpool even colder. The showerfacilities in the spa poor. And staff did their work but hospitality not their strong trade.

Liked: The room was clean and well equipped, the spa was perfect for a relaxing night after long days of travel.
Disliked: Service failed horrible at helping us and cater to our needs in some critical topics.First we asked to do an early check in, which they happily informed us of the cost, but not the conditions(it was only a few hours and didn't suit the specifics of our situation that we told them) so we were left with our luggage and no place to stay for several hours.We also had problems with them because we asked in advance to book an extra night, they asked for confirmation (which we did confirm) and then went dead silent without answering for a few days until we got there, that's when they told us we were on our own so we had to book another hotel at the last minute(ill let the reader imagine the cost of it).To add insult to injury, receptionist couldn't give us the slight amount of insight of the services available in the city(I'm not asking for a city guide, just a little bit of knowledge of the basic things a tourist could need).Nothing of this is horrible on its own, but it is if everything happens at the same time, especially taking into consideration that the next hotel we booked did everything perfectly while scandic didn't
