Disliked: the staff is cold, the breakfast is poor in quality, the location is far from anywhere

Relaxing stay in functional hotel...

Liked: Check in was smooth, via a screen, but there was also a staff member available on the side. I really enjoyed the swimming pool, which was spotless. There was a sauna too but I didn't use it. The hotel building has a slightly older vibe, but it's actually neat and organized I would say.Breakfast selection was also good!
Disliked: The fruit at the breakfast was not good, but it's hard to get any decent fruit in Norway. The surroundings are not the best for tourists that want to go for a stroll.

Wonderful in every way possible

Liked: The gentleman who checked us in was so nice and mannered. He helped us with finding drinks at the bar. His friendly nature was so welcoming. He gave insight to our travel as we headed into Scandinavia. The breakfast had more options than I could think of to eat. It was truly exceptional - staff, beauty, delicious food, and with a service dog not asked to sit in a different area. For my entire trip Germany to Finland this was the best stay out if all locations. I would stay here every time just the most amazing place 10/10.
Disliked: Nothing - I could say location but I'm not looking to drive I to the country and off the main road was ideal as we traveled. Thank you for the amazing stay.

Liked: The staff at checkin was unexpectedly nice, and not the fake type nice, but genuinely nice. That made a difference for us.

Convenient, modern hotel easily accessible...

Liked: Place was modern and well designed, with free and easy parking. Included breakfast was very good.
Disliked: There is no registration desk and no one there to ask for assistance. All the check in is done at a kiosk where you activate the key cards to your room yourself. It worked fine, but it would be nice to have personnel available if needed.

Liked: Convenient location for us, as we traveled further north.Very rich breakfast.
