Very good hotel in Helsinki...

Liked: Excellent breakfast, very good bed, fridge in the croom,
Disliked: Room was a bit cold, like all rooms in Finland, in order to save energy. Staff brought a radiator to make my room warmer. Shower door was no longer there when I entered the room.One socket did not work.It was a bit complicated to turn on and off all lights.

Disappointing

Liked: Good location and nice breakfast. Quiet and calm.
Disliked: Chromecast didn’t work in our room and we didn’t get any help with it. The staff just said that ”they work only in some of the rooms”. The bathroom wasn’t very clean, smelled bad and had black mold on the walls.

Very good

Liked: Very clean hotel and helpful staff.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t personally what I like and chrome cast didn’t work in the room. Other than that it was perfect.
