Disliked: When I booked you omitted to tell me that the restaurant and the bar was closed for the entire stay during Christmas added to the fact I couldn't change the booking I wasn't too pleased especially as other hotels in Sandefjord had all the facilities open .I won't stay there again during Christmas again otherwise it was fine .

Good value for the bucks

Liked: - The hotel is located in a quiet area- The breakfast has a big variety of products, from cheese types, to fruits, jam, vegetables, kind of yogurts, fish, you won't feel like you are missing something.- The rooms are big, warm and clean.
Disliked: - The furniture in the rooms is very old and so is the carpet on the floor. - The rooms were poorly ventilated and the heating system is old

Liked: Lovely hotel and great location
Disliked: Quite noisy room

Very good

Liked: The hotel has a central location and the breakfast is good.I had a superior single room. It was almost a small apartment. It was excellent with a good view of Sandefjord Harbour.
Disliked: The room was a bit cold at night so I didn't sleep quite well.
