Liked: I liked the location as there was a lake located infront of the Hotel. It is also very close to the center where the train station is and the mall. The room itself was warm and comfortable with good lighting and a big mirror.
Disliked: The breakfast, as good as it is, needs a bit more diversity. maybe more options for Halal eaters or vegetarians. i would suggest a live egg station for omlettes.

Good value for money, great...

Liked: The hotel is at a good location. It's a good value for money. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were lucky to get an early check-in at 14.00 (normally it's from 16.00). Upgraded room on the 8th floor had a lovely view and was quite spacious.The breakfast was good - lots of tasty choices.
Disliked: The entrance to sauna/pool area and at least a women's dressingroom had a horrible smell - like a strong smelling cheese gone bad or something. Left us feeling that the place is dirty, not very welcoming. Sauna itself and the pool were ok. We stayed for two nights and had to change the room for the second night (there was gonna a be a big party near our first room or something and it was probably going to be a little noisy). It was nothing so dramatic - just a little inconvenience. It's nice that they were thinking about the noise but maybe this situation could have been handeled better? If they know that we are going to stay for two nights, maybe find us an appropriate room for both of the nights without us having to change the room? But the staff was very kind and offered us an upgraded room for the second night and this was very thoughtful. Nothing big but in my opinion the tea and juice choices were not goot at breakfast. I'd wish that a well-known and popular hotel chain like Scandic (who otherwise has great options for breakfast) would have a better quality earl grey than Lipton's and the orange juice tasted very fake.
