Everything ok

Liked: Spacious room and a good breakfast.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the floor wasn't great and the curtains were pretty dirty.

Liked: Very good breakfast, nice variety and choices.Bread, eggs, sausages, vegetables and egg-butter!Lovely sweets table with nice cakes
Disliked: More fresh fruit and fresh orange juice

Average and can do better

Liked: Breakfast and breakfast staff were awesome. Location is great as well. Easy to park for the stay. Standard Scandic room.
Disliked: Front desk women both in the check in and check out were unfriendly or generally in a bad mood. Not enough pillows on the bed. Giving a reason that "it's hotel policy" is not a reason, and just lazy coming from a service provider.

Exceptional

All you need if you...

Liked: Centrally located in Oulu, within easy walking distance of shops, cafes and restaurants. The rooms are large, friendly staff. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: Some dust on the bathroom floor upon arrival. Checkin procedure could be more efficient.

Disappointing

Disliked: The air conditioning made incredible noises all night.
