Liked: Location was fantastic , the tram stop , the metro stop all within door step .The hotel just next to the Oslo S .we made one round following the GPS ..To exit from the Oslo S to the hotel , find the Karl Johans gate exit bring u sttraight to the hotel .Breakfast was fantastic too .
Disliked: Lack of toiletries - toothbrush and toothpaste.Water pressure low .The bed too soft for our liking .

Disliked: Room Cleaning optional, you expressly choose the cleaning, you arrive in the evening after a day working and the room is untidy, no one cleaned. You ask at the reception they say sorry, we will try to make the room when you are out for dinner, you come back in the night and the room is not made. You cannot pay the price for a four star hotel with the service of a mediocre B&b
