Liked: Breakfast marvellous, staff exellente, cleaing very good. Situation perfect! We loved the stay!!
Disliked: The weather, hahaha, but we loved the hotel, the town and the event!

Liked: Comfortable quiet room. The breakfast was excellent!
Disliked: It's not correct to say "didn't like". This is a large hotel so it caters for high a volume of guests so expectations are never as high. It was all fine and ideal for a weekend break.

Liked: The breakfast was good. It was a lot to choose from. The coffee from the barista (who was especially nice and kind btw) was a morning blessing. The staff on the restaurant were helpful and polite.
Disliked: 1. The parking was too far from the hotel. When you are tired after hours of driving, or have small kids, or much luggage, or the weather is very bad - that’s a big issue. 2. The interior is starting to look tired. It’s time to renovate the rooms and hallway. The bed or bathroom were not especially comfortable. 3. The cleaning could be better. It was stains on the bedding, which we unfortunately noticed only in the morning. The shower wasn’t especially clean either.

Liked: The breakfast is really really good and the bar is really nice to meet people for a drink etc with a lovely atmosphere looking over the waterThe staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: The night we checked in we arrived late in the evening and they put us in a room right down the back of the motel and we had to walk through the middle of a conference to get to the lift to go up to another building and room was above the function centre with music and dj thumping till 2am. We rang reception and asked to be relocated but the couldn't do it till the next day. The rooms are very basic sbd quite small

Location and amazing breakfast!

Liked: The breakfast is legendary! And for good reason. From fresh juices to smoked salmon, pastries, bacon and eggs, even a barista! Also, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the location is splendid by the river and footbridge.

Will book again.

Liked: The staff at the reception was very kind and helpful. We got in really late and they gave us a late check out, and when we check out they help us get a taxi for 5 people. Breakfast is excellent. Main reason to book this hotel.
Disliked: No room service
