Liked: Breakfast was excellent!! Perfect start to our long day of sightseeing. Staff was very nice. Very helpful to be able to store our luggage before check in.
Disliked: Bedroom was a bit difficult to move around in, small.

Disliked: The water in the shower was a bit cold, but got warmer after a while. The floor on the bathroom got wet after the shower, but dried up pretty fast.

Liked: Given upgraded room. Hotel very kindly and promptly responded to our request for a view when we made the booking. Reasonably spacious bathroom. Location superb; close to main tourist area but on a quiet street. Breakfast choice was outstanding. Bed really comfortable.
Disliked: Request for housekeeping is by QR code which we took the time to do on our third day (prebooking it the day before as advised), but our room still wasn't serviced, so we had to go 7 floors down to request fresh towels from reception as there was no phone in the room. Breakfast was very crowded and there were no available tables, despite trying different times during our 3-night stay. One day we had to sit on bar stools in the lobby. There were no trays to use, so it meant trips back and forth to get breakfast items, with lines of guests waiting. Not an especially relaxing start to the day.
