Liked: This was my second time staying at this wonderful hotel. What sets this hotel apart from all others is the exceptional service and quality of the staff and facilities. The staff even checked us into our room 4 and a half hours earlier than usual! Thank you again, Scandic Neptune!

Fabulous find

Liked: Absolutely stunning hotel. Everything provided was perfect, including but not limited to the warm and welcoming English speaking hotel staff, the fabulous facilities (including a scrumptious buffet breakfast), and a very comfortable bed. Would 100% stay again. We were even let into our room 2.5 hours early! Thank you, Scandic Neptune!

Liked: Very good location, close to the centre of Bergen and transport to the airport. Room was a good size, although like most similar Norwegian hotels, lacking storage for clothes. Very good selection for breakfast buffet.
Disliked: Room had limited natural light so needed artificial light throughout the day. Shower was not very powerful and, on one evening, had no hot water.
