Disliked: There was a very unpleasant smell from the toilet drains, to the extent that we used the downstairs toilet to brush our teeth. It was really a pity because we liked the hotel room, the location and the breakfast

Great size, but lacking things...

Liked: Great location, the suite was a good size and the breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Not a comfortable sleep seeing silverfish on the floor and on the ceiling above the bed. Counted at least 6. Also, we booked the presidential suite - great size, but missing a few things that you would expect for the price such as.. no robes, completely empty mini bar, no “vanity kit” which usually has cotton buds, ear buds, etc. also tv’s are quite out dated. Wouldn’t hurt to upgrade the tv’s or at least add chrome casts for guests to stream their own media without hdmi. Not sure I’ll be paying that price for the suite anymore.

Liked: This hotel is beautiful, the staff were amazing, the breakfast and bar/restaurant were fantastic, and the rooms were excellent. We honestly had such a great time that we would visit the lovely city of Malmo again just to stay at this hotel. Thank you to everyone! The atmosphere during this time of year is also wonderful!
