Clean, comfortable room with a...
Liked: The bed were confortable, the room was clean and the staff was kind. The breakfast was amazing. I do recommend the use of the parking garage as well because it is realy expensive and difficult parking on the streets.
Disliked: The walls are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from neighboring rooms. The room has only a few facilities, no mini fridge or kettle.

Very happy with stay
Liked: Rooms were extremely clean! Breakfast was great!
Disliked: The construction on the road was inconvenient to navigate around.

Liked: A family oriented hotel, playroom and drinks for the kids. Nice sauna and jacuzzi and really nice breakfast.
Disliked: The hotel’s street is under construction and there’s noise from 7am

Liked: Central in Karlstad
Disliked: The streets around the hotel were completely broken up, the breakfast area was overcrowded and there is only one elevator that is fully occupied during peak times. We accidentally left a soft toy behind and offered the hotel to pay for shipping it back to us, but they refused.
