Liked: Great location, good value for money. City center is 15 minutes by tram. Tram stops is just 50 meters from Hotel entrance. The hotel meets the expectations, the breakfast is excellent and varied.

Liked: The staff was very flexible and fulfilled my extra request regarding the location of the booked rooms. Special thanks for that! I liked the environmental awareness, as they drew attention to food waste. There was even a recycling bin in the room. The breakfast selection was rich, everyone can find what they like.
Disliked: I found the bathroon a bit small. Or I should lose weight.

Decent stay!

Liked: It was kind of away from everything but it was close to a pharmacy and a cafe, a burger place too. It also had a sauna which i got to use on the night before my departure because of its limited timeframe that could have been used. Breakfast included was nice, only took advantage of that option the morning before i was set to leave, because i don't usually have options like these in general and i fully forgot this was available.
Disliked: The room was nice and big enough, the only thing i didn't agree with was the musty smell in there, but overall it was a nice stay.

Affordable stay for students; meets...

Liked: This was the second time we stayed in Scandic Kallio, so we pretty much knew what to expect (windowless room with a student-friendly price). The staff is nice and the location good. The room was spacious enough for the price, the beds were good and everything was clean - except the bedframe covers, where we found a stray pube & some sort of grease stains... The soap dispenser in the bathroom was also broken.The breakfast is the best thing in this location, so a huge recommendation!

Liked: Great location, simce we stayed for the concert happening nearby. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean and nice room, comfy beds. Nice breakfast, even had vegan options, so I’m not sure why some reviews are not good. Great value for money and even exceeded our expectations :)
