Cold pool and sauna experience

Liked: Location, friendliness of staff, breakfast
Disliked: The restaurant and hotelbar was reserved for events in the weekend. This was under par, not being informed prior to the visit. The hotel was chosen due to the pool amenities but was cold ( meant as a spa break not built for lengths and triathlon swimming). The sauna during the morning, before check out, was turned off to be 'energy efficient' but should be open/turned on. Especially when the pool is cold. You needed to inform the reception 20min before usage but no means of contacting the staff when you stood naked in the changing room and discovered the problem. The sustainable environment report should not be ahead of the user experience at a hotel markedet for a wellness break. The rooms were old and needed repairs.

Liked: Very comfortable and quiet place. Esay access to public transport. Has several aporting activity possibilities.

Liked: The breakfast is wonderful, there was a kind of humidity smell in the room an the bed is somehow comfort.
Disliked: The smell in the room and in the corridor.
