Liked: Breakfast was of the usual high standard of the Scandinavian hotels of this trip; for the most part: Underfloor heating in bathroom:
Disliked: As with last hotel; if I had booked a standard room I would have been relatively happy; but for a Queen it was disappointing; (realising now that; in Norway at least; a Queen room is a standard room with a queen bed squeezed in): Noisy non-adjustable air-conditioning; no coffee/tea facility in room: coffee experience; whilst not bad; was the least of the hotels of this trip: city view; see below:

Liked: The location is good, the bed is comfy and it is clean.
Disliked: We suspect that three of us have suffered from food poisoning, experiencing vomiting, diarrhea, and a fever that has lasted for a day. We believe this may be related to food safety issues on the hotel breakfast. And the reception staff at night is not friendly and promised us to change to a 3-bed room. But after we entering the room, is still the a queen bed from. They deceived us and then made numerous excuses to avoid providing us with service
