Superb location, lovely staff

Liked: Super friendly staff. The location is perfect, you can easily take the metro, bus or tram. But it's actually walking distance from the city centre.
Disliked: Daily cleaning was not so good some days.

Ok but not worth the...

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Reception were rude, they continously told us we only had 1 room, then 2 rooms, not the 5 we booked, were very hard work! We had to be moved as our room didn't have heating.. - Breakfast was very limited.

Liked: Clean, spacious room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options, even vegan and staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a metro, tram and bus stop right outside of the hotel. Airport bus Nr. 600 also stops on this stop and central railway station is about 15 min walk from the hotel. Supermarket is next door as are some caffes and bakeries.
Disliked: Room temperature was a bit low and even raising the thermostat settings didn't help much.

Highly recommended.

Liked: The location is absolutely perfect for getting around the center, with great dining options just a short walk away. The breakfast is excellent, and easily the best that I have had at any Scandic hotel, with standard European fare plus some local dishes. My windows overlooked the square, but the sound isolation was good, and the bed was comfortable, so I slept very well during my stay.The staff deserve a special mention, as they were very friendly and ready to help with any questions. Well done!
Disliked: No complaints here.
