Disliked: The reception staff were very unfriendly. As a none German, they didn't make me feel welcome and made no effort to try and understand my level of german. Simply arrogant

The stay at the hotel...

Liked: Great hotel with great service, facilities, and staff. Especial thanks to Virginia, the receptionist who first attended us. She was very friendly and helpful, and readily solved a major problem with the booking caused by the Booking.com application.
Disliked: Everything at the hotel was great, the only problem we can highlight comes from Booking.com. This is the second time it happens to us: when traveling with kids, for some reason these are not registered by the Booking.com web app, so the hotel did not count on them. Luckily, in this case the staff at the hotel was very professional and solved the problem for us.

Excellent breakfast and value for...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent with big variety of food and desserts. You can bake your own waffles. Coffee was great too. Nice that there a big free parking lot nearby the hotel. Much cheaper than staying in the center.
Disliked: We were missing air conditioning especially during the hot days. Ventilator was not a big help for a worm night when you cannot properly open the window (only a little bit).Breakfast could have had an option for fried eggs.
