The hotel is very comfortable...

Liked: everything
Disliked: the room was quite chilly The heater was completely off, it didn't give any heat even though I set the heater to 5 .

Liked: A nice hotel..
Disliked: The reception staff were very unfriendly. As a none German, they didn't make me feel welcome and made no effort to try and understand my level of german. Simply arrogant
